The Aiptek HD camcorder records video best in broad daylight and very bright light, otherwise you will see "noise" show up in your videos. This particular camcorder tends to overexpose whites, but have no fear there is a +/- button so you can adjust the exposure settings (setting it to -1 is a great idea, otherwise you will have ok contrast and saturation). The auto white balance is very good, but if you record in 720p you will notice a compression if you have a very good HD TV. Aiptek HD camcorder does not have an anti-shake feature but there is an available tripod. Overall, this is a very great HD camcorder for the price.
